Michael Pappalardo

Michael Pappalardo’s philosophy of always doing things the right way has built his reputation as a trustworthy leader and resource in the industry. Now, with nearly 20 years of experience, Mike serves as the CEO of Earnest Consulting Group in the heart of Boston’s financial district, overseeing strategic direction and generating creative solutions for our clients.

Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University in 2007 and started his career specializing in profitability and cost analysis. He began serving as a Director of Finance and Operations in 2011 within the financial services industry.

In his off hours, Mike reads and travels to Maine with his wife, Sabrina, and their dogs, Andre and Freyja. He is also actively involved with the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
