Carmen Sylvester, PHR

Carmen Sylvester, PHR joins Earnest Consulting Group as an Executive Benefits Specialist, bringing 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining ECG, Carmen served as President and CEO of Alltrust Credit Union for eight years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bryant University, Smithfield, RI, and holds a Human Resources Certification, including a Professional Human Resources (PHR) designation. Carmen was a recipient of the 2020 New England Women in Banking Award and received an honorary doctorate from Bryant University in 2023.

Carmen is proud to serve as Chair of the Southcoast Health System Board of Trustees. In this capacity, she serves on the Executive, Strategic Planning, Governance & Bylaws, and Executive Compensation Committee. She has been a member of the Board since 2020 and served as Vice Chair from 2023-2025.

Carmen is located in southern Massachusetts and enjoys traveling with her family.
