Bruce Bauer

Bruce Bauer is a Senior Partner with Earnest Consulting Group bringing more than 41 years of experience in the financial services industry.

He specializes in the design, implementation, and investment funding options to support supplemental executive benefits programs specifically tailored to credit unions. He also provides credit unions with strategies and investment options to help offset their rising costs of employee benefits and enhance their charitable donation efforts. Bruce is FINRA securities registered and holds life, health and variable annuity insurance licenses.

Prior to joining ECG, Bruce was with TruStage/CUNA Mutual Group for 41 years serving as an Executive Benefits Specialist, Regional Vice President, Institutional Investment Advisor for TruStage/Cuna Mutual Group. He was also the first financial planner TruStage/CUNA Mutual Group positioned into a credit union to start the national program.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Aurora University, where he finished his college basketball career at #10 on the all-time scoring list.

Located in the southwest region of the country, Bruce loves spending time with his family and friends, golfing and following the Chicago Cubs.
